We deliver equipment to the venue.
For the delivery to be on time, we need to get explicit information on the location of the site (street address, access plan, GPS coordinates, and the on-site contact)
Installation of equipment implies its complete preparation for use during the event, which means that our employees will unload the equipment, take it to the respective floor, get it free from coffers and cases, launch a test run and report on its readiness.
During the installation of the equipment one of the employees will act as a site supervisor and will be responsible for quality of the installation work. This employee will deliver the already installed equipment and sign all accompanying documents (delivery and acceptance report, report on services provided, original agreement, original invoice, damage certificate, etc.)
The equipment will be installed in accordance with the pre-agreed Terms of Reference (TOR).
On your request or on mutual agreement, we will provide our employees who will take care of engineering issues during the event.
Employees attending the event will be wearing clothes in accordance with the declared dress code in order to fit into the status of the event.
The fee for these services will be agreed upon on a case by case basis.
